One Trick to Beating Frizzy Hair This Summer

I was walking home after dropping off $114 in coins at the bank, money that I found in box while unpacking. Doesn’t that make you want to move.

As I walked down the street, sweat dripping, a man offered me a free cell phone, exclaiming that he was offering a special for extremely sweaty women wearing dresses, maybe he left out the sweaty part.

I chalked his offering up to my having a good hair day, although in hindsight, it’s much more likely that he had too much to drink. If you’re interested in a getting a free phone, he was last spotted on Manor street by the Wells Fargo bank, however, I also recently ran into a man that didn’t know how to zipper his pants and liked to go commando in the same location, so you might want to pass on the free phone.

Free phones aside, it was a good hair day, despite everything that’s going against my poor hair, like, I haven’t had a hot shower in over a month, don’t worry , I’m showering, it’s just that we only have cold water.

It’s also summer, which in PA, means HUMIDITY and FRIZZY HAIR. When I wake up in the morning it looks like some crazy 5 year old child found a pair of scissors and was set loose on my hair while I slept. It’s all different lengths and flying in a variety of directions. And while I can pull it back in a ponytail,  that does not tame the frizz.

I’ve had this struggle pretty much every summer for my entire life, however this is the first summer without hot water, which I think is making it even worse. But for the first time in 31 years I’ve found a solution.

The head scarf. I’m embarrassed that it’s taken me this long to discover, however, as I walk down the city streets it seems that  a lot of women have not been let in on the wonderful secret of a head scarf in summer.

Not only does it tame the frizz, but it catches the sweat. No sweat running down your face, and no more horrible sweaty neck hair.

Since I”ve uncovered this miracle hair cure, I feel a need to share it with everyone, and to make scarves that work great on your head. I’ve been wearing a silk scarf in one way or the other almost everyday this summer, and have found some pretty awesome ways to style them.
So get ready, I’ll be sharing a new series of scarf style videos that focus on silk scarves. They’re great even if you don’t have curly hair, but if you have a girlfriend with curly hair, do her a favor, and share this email. She’ll love you forever.

Head over to the shop and pick up the scarf that will change your life: No more bad hair days
