Birthday Celebration Sale
I”m not exactly sure what happened, but turning 30 seemed to set some kind of fire under me, and in the last year I made a lot of changes.
The year began with a brand new hair style, followed by making the decision to become part owner of a gallery, which launched me into the plan of moving to Lancaster.
After convincing my husband…. I don’t think that he was actually convinced, he just forgot how quickly I make decisions and my love for putting ideas into action. I started looking at homes in Lancaster…. a few months later, we made an offer ( one that my husband thought would be turned down)…… it was accepted.
Not wanting or needing two homes, we promptly put our home on the market… two days later we had an offer, and I thought my husband ( he’s the logical, methodical, thinker in the relationship, the kind of person that a dreamer like me needs to have in her life) , was going to have a panic attack.
We turned down that offer, accepting one a few months later.
This brings us to the present moment in time, almost exactly a year later. We settle on the sale of our home a few days before I turn 31.
This year has been exciting, exhausting, terrifying, thrilling, pretty much any emotion that you can think of, we’ve been through it. Did I forget to mention that I”m also leaving my full time teaching job, and going for it on my own. Some days I think that this is a great idea, other days I doubt myself and wonder what I’m doing.
My 30’s so far are proving to be a time of celebration, change, and transformation. Change of any kind hurts ( well, actually it’s the resistance to change that hurts) , but it’s also something to be celebrated, that’s the only thing that helps me to push through during the times that it REALLY REALLY HURTS.
To celebrate my 31st, I’m giving you 31% off of everything in the shop!!! But it’s only for one day, April 18th, and you have to be officially invited in order to receive the code.
What do you need to celebrate?
