While I love both making and wearing scarves, sometimes it just too darn hot to wear a scarf in the summer. ( However, I do always have one with me, because most offices, and shops feel they need to make it feel like winter with their air conditioning. )

The idea of making a woven top has been bouncing around in my brain for almost a year. Yes really that long. Finally a few weeks ago, the idea kept popping up, and was getting louder and louder, which meant that it was time to set it lose and start creating. And well now I can’t stop.
