Valentines Day, some love it, some hate it, luckily for my husband I lean more towards the hate it side of things.

Valentines Day carries a great amount of pressure for extreme romantic gestures, perfect dates, and often ends with at least one person in the relationship, hurt, sad, angry, or in trouble.

Ladies, wives, girlfriends, give your man a break. He has no clue what to get you other than red roses, and some kind of heart shaped jewelry. If you’re like me and hate the cliche of both, then help him out. Don’t drop hints, he won’t get them, just tell him what you want.

Really, I know a lot of great guys, and they mean well, they care, but they have no clue where to shop, except for the flower store, or the chain jewelry store in the mall.

Now some advice for the men, husbands, boyfriends. Pay attention, the lady in your life is probably trying to give you hints of what she wants, but doesn’t want to come right out and say it. Get on the computer, find out if she has a pinterest account and see what’s she’s been pinning. I see tons of women with boards that are titled “things I want”.
