The power of scarves

casual chic fall fashion

In case you didn’t already know Oct 4-13th is American Craft week. I’ve been trying to think of something to do to celebrate and today while working in the studio, I decided that I want to give some special offers to all of you. I’ll be posting the offers on the website, so you want to be sure to tune in, or get on my mailing list. Those on the mailing list will get a heads up of all of the deals that are coming, and when they’re going to be released.

I had just finished a series of scarves for an order, and there was some yarn left on the loom. It’s been weeks since I’ve been in the studio, to just weave for the sake of weaving, and it felt wonderful to be playful, to let go and see what happened.

When I unraveled this fabric from the loom, it looked even cooler than I thought. I wrapped it around my neck, and loved how it moved draped over my shoulders. I had to grab the camera and start shooting. The stripes have the perfect amount of edge, stye, and spunk, while the large purple section is much quieter. Too personalities come together in this scarf to create one powerful, and hot lady. Don’t you want to be her? Once you put this scarf on, believe me, you’ll feel powerful and hot, so much so , that it’s hard for me to let her go.

PS: this panda’s excitement for a pumpkin demonstrates how you’ll act when you get to put this scarf on.
